CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of extreme or dangerous weather, poor road conditions or other extenuating circumstances lessons and training rides may be rescheduled OR canceled (generally temperatures below 10* or above 97*, tornado warnings, power outage causing it to be too dark to ride safely, etc). We offer periodic make-up events as necessary to ensure all customers get the full value of their tuition. In the case of an instructor missing a lesson or training ride due to illness, pre-scheduled vacation, etc, services are either rescheduled in advance or they are cancelled and credited off the following months invoice. If the student must reschedule, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice in order to be eligible for a make-up lesson. While all efforts to be flexible will be made, instructors are booked tightly and make-ups will be granted as the schedule allows. Students should do their best to make their weekly scheduled appointments. Excessive rescheduling, late cancellations, no shows, late payments, etc. may result in the student being dropped from the program or loosing their spot on the schedule. Students who arrive more than 15 minutes late or do not show up for lessons without notice will not receive credit or a make-up. Students must maintain a 1 lesson per week average to be eligible for the tuition pricing.
